Fitness Personality and Spokesperson Rosalie Brown Discusses the Importance of Exercise and Recreational Activity in Maintaining Health

Industry’s First Digestive Health Publication, Digest This! Magazine, talks with Rosalie Brown about keeping your body in motion and healing through activity 

Combining movement with diet is a critical part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, especially for people with digestive conditions.  In an interview with Digest This! Magazine, fitness personality and spokesperson Rosalie Brown shares ways to bring about changes to overall health through adding more movement to your daily routine and being mindful of the quality and quantity of food you eat.

Brown is often spotted on QVC as a fitness presenter and is a spokesperson for a variety of fitness equipment.  Among her many accomplishments, including a 25-year run of successful fitness programs available on DVD, iTunes, and YouTube, Brown was voted as one of Canada’s Most Influential Personal Trainers in 2008 and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Waterloo University.

“I simply have a passion for health and a love of seeing people feel good about themselves,” says Brown. “When people feel good about themselves it has a direct correlation with movement of body and performance in everything from relationships, energy, and life participation.”
